Low Buyer Signal
Some interest may exist, but there are not enough strong clues yet.
Property Opportunity Signals
Including ADU-friendly lots, 2–4 unit possibilities, fourplex opportunities, value-add signals, city and ZIP movement, and changing rules that may affect Los Angeles County properties.
We help you see the signals — not make promises.
RealEstate Blazers does not sell guaranteed exclusive deals, investment recommendations, brokerage offers, or promises of property access. We help users organize property signals and next-step questions.
Any private hold only applies to the RealEstate Blazers website and our RealEstate Blazers main public opportunity list. It does not remove a property from MLS, public listing sites, seller marketing, auctions, other websites, or the open market.
High-Priority Buyer Signal
This is the RealEstate Blazers way of saying a property may deserve faster, smarter review — not automatic purchase.
Some interest may exist, but there are not enough strong clues yet.
Several clues are present. The property may deserve basic follow-up.
Multiple signals are lining up. A serious buyer may want organized review.
Enough strong clues are present that faster professional review may be wise.
No signal means buy. Every property still needs independent professional verification.
What may appear here
These categories help visitors understand what RealEstate Blazers watches for and why a property may deserve deeper review.
Large lot, detached garage, alley access, wide yard, corner lot, or underbuilt land.
Duplex, triplex, fourplex, separate entrances, parking, vacant-unit possibility, or owner-user appeal.
Outdated, underused, poorly marketed, vacant, or repair-heavy properties that may deserve a closer look.
Several strong clues appear together, such as ADU fit, small multifamily use, value-add upside, ZIP movement, and a clear professional review path.
Small apartment buildings and rental-use structures that may require deeper rent, expense, and management review.
How the $99 review works
The hold gives a buyer a private review window on the RealEstate Blazers website only.
The property signal may be hidden from our RealEstate Blazers main public opportunity list while the review begins.
The buyer receives a reminder that about 2 days remain and may purchase a $29 Private Review Hold Extension.
If no extension is purchased, the property signal may return to our RealEstate Blazers main public opportunity list.
Report recovery restores access to the document using the same purchase email. It does not extend the hold.
Fair access
RealEstate Blazers is built for both one-time investors and serious buyers. Users may start with free guides, place a $9.99 City or City/ZIP Alert Watch for 90 days, order one $99 property review, or choose Monthly Access when ongoing alerts are needed.
