New core signal
A High-Priority Buyer Signal means a property shows several strong clues at the same time — enough that a serious buyer may want faster, smarter review before others overlook it or buy first.
RealEstate Blazers does not tell buyers to automatically purchase a property. We help identify when a property may deserve deeper review because multiple opportunity clues and manageable risk questions appear together.
View High-Priority Buyer SignalEvery High-Priority Buyer Signal still needs qualified review for legal, title, tax, lending, zoning, permit, inspection, utility, rental, and construction questions.
Contractor Safety Guides
Request a free contractor safety guide for single-family repairs, foundation concerns, or fourplex/multifamily value-add work. The buyer form asks only for first name, email, city, and ZIP code.
Educational only. RealEstate Blazers does not recommend or guarantee contractors.
Open Contractor GuidesCity or City/ZIP Alert Watch — $9.99
Visitors can request one city or ZIP code and one property type for a 90-day alert window. This is a low-cost way to stay attached to the area they care about without ordering a full property review yet.
Example: “Alert me if an ADU-friendly property appears in 90044.”

Property Opportunity Signals
RealEstate Blazers may show selected property signals that deserve closer review, including ADU clues, buildable-lot signals, 2–4 unit possibilities, fourplex opportunities, value-add indicators, and small multifamily watch items.
These are not guaranteed deals. They are property signals that may deserve deeper review.
Open Opportunity SignalsCore property signals
These are not promises or final answers. They are starting points that may deserve deeper review by qualified professionals.
Large lots, detached garages, alley access, corner lots, wide yards, and underbuilt land may point toward ADU or buildable-lot questions worth exploring.
Why it matters:The land may hold important signals beyond the house that already exists.
Duplexes, triplexes, and fourplexes may interest buyers, owner-users, house-hacking thinkers, and small multifamily investors.
Why it matters:One property may have more than one use, but every detail must be verified.
Outdated interiors, poor listing photos, deferred maintenance, vacant units, or underused structures may signal a property that deserves a closer look.
Why it matters:Some properties are overlooked because people only see the surface.
ADU, garage conversion, and value-add work can depend heavily on reputable contractors, permits, zoning, inspections, and professional guidance.
Why it matters:Verification protects property owners and respects reputable professionals.
#1 One-Time Investor
For a buyer or investor who has one specific property in mind and wants the signals, risk questions, and professional review path organized before moving forward.
When a user orders a One-Property Potential Review on a RealEstate Blazers property signal, that signal may be placed on a 7-Day Private Review Hold and temporarily hidden from our RealEstate Blazers main public opportunity list.
Day 5 reminder: if the user still wants more time, RealEstate Blazers may send a reminder that about 2 days remain before the property signal returns to our RealEstate Blazers main public opportunity list, with an option to purchase a $29 Private Review Hold Extension.
Report recovery: if a buyer misplaces the downloaded report, recovery restores access to the document using the same purchase email. It does not extend the private review hold.
This hold only applies to the RealEstate Blazers website and our own main public opportunity list. It does not remove the property from MLS, public listing sites, seller marketing, auctions, other websites, or the open market.#2 Monthly Access Pass
This is for people who want broader access, more alerts, buyer preference matching, city + ZIP awareness, and earlier notice when matching RealEstate Blazers opportunity signals appear.

When a property shows signals, RealEstate Blazers points users toward the type of review that may be needed next.
Consider review by an ADU designer, architect, zoning consultant, permit professional, or city/county planning office.
Consider review by an investor-friendly real estate professional, lender, property manager, insurance professional, and tax advisor.
Consider review by a licensed contractor where required, property inspector, cost estimator, and permit professional.
Consider review by qualified legal, tax, lending, and financial professionals before making decisions.
RealEstate Blazers does not confirm zoning, permits, legal rights, construction feasibility, financing, rental income, property value, or investment success.
Protect the property before you build the dream
RealEstate Blazers supports reputable contractors. We simply believe property owners should verify before they build. A few bad actors can cause serious property damage, financial damage, permit problems, project delays, liens, legal disputes, and emotional stress.
