Serious buyers or investors can choose Monthly Access when they want to watch more than one opportunity.
Day 5 and Day 7
Reminder and extension logic
On Day 5, the buyer may receive a reminder that about 2 days remain before the property signal returns to our RealEstate Blazers main public opportunity list. They may purchase the $29 Private Review Hold Extension during the original 7-day hold.
At the end of Day 7, if no extension was purchased, the buyer may receive an email explaining that the signal may return to the main public opportunity list and that an extension may still be offered if available/applicable.
Important limits
- The hold is only on the RealEstate Blazers website.
- It does not affect MLS, public real estate sites, seller marketing, auctions, or the open market.
- Report recovery does not extend the hold.
- No outcome is guaranteed.
